This page explains how information is used when you browse the catalogue, submit an enquiry or use the online chat.

Information collected

Forms and chat can store your name, email or phone number, message, selected robot and finish, proposed price and requested demonstration time. The site also records the request IP address and time for administration and abuse prevention. Hosting infrastructure may record technical access logs.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, continue conversations, administer the site and prevent abuse. Contact details are not sold. A product enquiry is not an automatic subscription to marketing messages.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies support forms, security and chat. A random visitor identifier may be stored for up to one year to count visits; the statistics database stores a hash of that identifier and daily page scopes, with a rolling history of up to 365 days. Saved robots, comparisons and recently viewed items are kept in your browser. You can clear these using the site controls or your browser settings.

Service providers

Hosting and email services may process information needed to operate the site. If the operator enables Telegram notifications, external CAPTCHA, IP lookup or advertising and analytics integrations, the relevant service may receive the data needed for that feature. External CAPTCHA and optional analytics can have their own cookies and privacy terms. The initial installation uses local CAPTCHA, and external advertising, Telegram and IP lookup are disabled until configured.

Retention and requests

Enquiries and chat records remain available to the operator for follow-up until deleted under the operator’s retention practices. Technical and diagnostic records have their own retention limits. Contact the operator through the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to ask about enabled services and retention. Some records may need to be retained for operational or applicable legal reasons.

Manufacturer sites and other linked services follow their own policies. This page should be updated when the operator changes how information is collected, shared or retained.
