  • Supply availability and estimated dispatch and transit times
  • Freight, insurance and any installation or commissioning scope
  • Responsibility for customs clearance and any applicable import charges
  • Delivery access requirements and the procedure for reporting damage

Provide the destination country and postal code with your request. Not every model or destination can necessarily be served. Free delivery and customs costs are included only when expressly stated in the written quotation.

Changes and delivery issues

Contact the team promptly if your destination or requirements change. Report visible packaging damage or a discrepancy with the agreed equipment and retain relevant photographs and documents for review.
